As They Say, The Hits Just Keep On Comin'

It looks like the phrase "never kick a man when he's down" needs a little bit of tweaking in the case and wake of John Kerry after this week, like "never kick a man when he's down, unless he deserves it" perhaps.

And yes, John Kerry deserves it. His whole political existence he owes to the men and women in the armed forces and yet minute by minute, day by day and year after year he kicks them around like an empty can. This ever since he cut and run from 'nam with 3 purple hearts, 2 resulting from self inflicted rice shrapnel in his ass and then to the infamous Winter Soldier hearings where his accusations still haunt the men and women of that era day and night today 30 some years later.

So it now appears in 2004 he adopted the "any which way you can" approach to recruit anti-war protesting families,.... at their loved ones funerals, before the caskets had even been put into the ground.

Personally it comes as no surprise to me as he has been whizzing on their graves for as long as I have been alive now as I said above. It also comes as no surprise that this revelation comes from a new book By Melanie Morgan that also chronicles the times and tribulations of another troop using dimwit, Gold Star Mother of proud and honorable Casey Sheehan, Cindy Sheehan. (Cindy has threatened legal action against the authors over their assertions about her)

The left it seems has absolutely no shame when it comes to acheiving their anti Bush / war goals, and to them any ends justifies the means. But Kerry has really crossed the line once again this past week and needs to be held to account for these lapses in behavior.

"A woman, who had also lost her son in the war and who represented the local Kerry campaign, approached the Johnsons at their son – Justin's – wake. Justin was laid out in his Army uniform as the woman began her speech about hating Bush and helping Kerry. She asked the Johnsons to speak out against President Bush," the authors said in a statement today. read more
