....the thwarting of the terror plot yesterday being hatched and nearly acted upon in Britain may not have occurred at all if they were on US soil, as United States intelligence intercepted phone communications between these terrorists and supplied the info to Scotland Yard to aid the investigation that led to the capture.
As we all know, Democrats were and still are up in arms over the manifesting the phone records of calls initiating outside of the US made to citizens here in order to prevent future attacks here on our soil so under their philosophy it would have been illegal to listen to their phone conversations. . Boy I sure hope the ACLU doesn't get too upset that the civil rights of these foreign terrorists weren't violated in the process of preventing them from murdering thousands of citizens. I mean, they're so worried about the rights of foreign terrorists down at Club Gitmo, why not these guys too?
