Thanks Margie for reminding me of this oldie but goodie from Red Skelton's television and surely had no idea what he would now live to see.

A video which presently has 400.000 views at youtube and 2,375,697 where you can watch it to add to their count at: Causes; Bring Christ Back To Schools..

It should have at least a couple hundred million but my bet is half the children today if not more aren't even taught this anymore reciting their allegiance to Obama for cripes sake.

As for him, We know he wasn't taught it or certainly won't recite it since his allegiances obviously lay elsewhere than with us.

Chicago Cub & Patriot Rick Monday's Heroic Act 33 Years Later

I remembered this as a child and now celebrate it every baseball season as a fellow America loving and grateful blogging patriot.

This would be the day 33 years ago of April 25th, 1976 as the rookie Chicago Cubs center fielder made the most famous catch of his illustrious career in front of his family and friends attending the hometown appearance by preventing two freakish Uber liberals from burning the American flag after invading center field at Dodgers stadium in LA.

An event leading to the spontaneous singing of God Bless America by 50,000 grateful Americans in attendance which you can view below as we here celebrate every year the act again of a real American Patriot.

An act that goes to the very root of my present hatred for most all liberals and what they portray as their wacknut version of patriotism...activities like burning our flag, prolonging wars by their aiding and abetting of our enemies even after the most deadly attack on our soil, attacking Marine recruitment stations in their ass backwards neighborhoods, along with all the other attention getting, moronic crud they've pulled over the past 40 years, and continued to pull to this day as their chosen form of demonstrating their so called free speech.

Destroying the country bit by bit with stuff like this On this day, where fate would hand Monday a moment that people like me still talk about with reverence even 33 years later. Here Monday recounts the moment in his own words.

"Heads Up" On A Patriotic Site Called "Oath Keepers"

Thanks as always to friend and master blogger Texas Fred for this find and gem of a movement he just brought to my attention floating among military members who are readying themselves for the possibility that they may have an extraordinary choice to make as will we right alongside them.

The choice as to whether or not obey orders to take up arms against their brothers, sisters, families and friends at the order of a rogue government like the one now being led by this unprecedented power grabbing usurper who is presently occupying the oval office should this moment arise. There's nothing better than preparing for all possible outcomes and this I would maintain falls under that category.

Orders We Will Not Obey:

9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies, under any emergency pretext whatsoever.
