Following Samson's arrest he was fingerprinted but not charged, then left the country. However, all his details were stored on the Home Office's new database of prints and biometric details. And that's what finally pinpointed Samson's link to the world's most powerful leader - as he tried to slip back into Britain to visit relatives en route to the swearing-in ceremony.

As I have reported previously my Case Lightfoot v Bowen was erased from the exterior docket of the Supreme Court on January 21st, one day after Barack Hussein Obama aka Barry Soetoro's (Obama/Soetoro's) inauguration and only two days before the case was supposed to be heard in the full conference of all 9 Justices.

After phone calls of hundreds of outraged citizens the case was reentered on the docket in the evening of January 22, right before it was supposed to be heard in the morning of January 23.

In my case I stated that Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro is ineligible for presidency due to the fact that the President and Commander in chief has to be a Natural born citizen: born to two US citizen parents on US soil. Obama's father was here on a student visa, never a US citizen and for that reason alone he didn't qualify, aside from that there is no evidence of any birthing file in any hospital in Hawaii, Obama sealed all his vital records and his school registration in Indonesia show him as a citizen of Indonesia.

On March the 9th I saw Associate Justice of the Supreme Court Antonin Scalia at the book signing ceremony and while he was signing two books that I purchased, I asked him, why my case wasn't forwarded to the next step: oral argument on the merits. Justice Scalia had absolutely no knowledge of this case. I proceeded asking him about other similar cases, all claiming the same thing, that Obama is not eligible for presidency: Wrotnowski, Donofrio, Berg. In presence of several attorneys, law students and secret service agents justice Scalia kept saying that he didn't know anything about those cases, even though all of the plaintiffs have received notification that all of these cases were reviewed by all 9 Justices in the conferenced and all of their petitions were denied.

This is particularly troubling due to the fact that according to the docket, Justice Scalia was the one that received Wrotnowski and Berg cases initially (Berg's case was reviewed twice Certiorari and Injunction), he was the one that supposedly read those cases and forwarded them to the conference of all 9 Justices.

Washington Times scoop - Lynn Sweet: "WASHINGTON--The Washington Times is reporting that best selling author President Obama lined up a $500,000 book advance deal on Jan. 15, just before his inauguration.

The report, by Christina Bellantoni and Jim McElhatton with Chuck Neubauer contributing said 'the advance is against royalties under a deal with Crown Publishing, a division of Random House. The project calls for an abridged version of his book 'Dreams From My Father' for middle-school-aged children, according to the disclosure.'

The Washington Times reported that a 'White House aide said that the deal had been in the works for weeks and that the publisher will abridge the book. The aide, speaking on a condition of anonymity, said the publisher will get half of the money while Mr. Obama will sign off on the final version.'

It's Party Time at The Obama Crack Shack White House

I thought it seemed kind of unusual to be partying at the white house so much in the first month of what's supposed to be a moment in time where the crisis we're in is such a crisis unlike any other crisis that this country has seen as far as crisis' go.

When one thinks of monumental crisis on the horizon forgive me if the crisis at hand is such a serious crisis that partying down at the new Pennsylvania Ave digs is just very un crisis like to me.

So while we peasants are asked or actually forced to undergo drastic lifestyle changes for the supposed benefit of the common good, Barry and his best boobs get to live it up comfort eagle in the white house exhibiting a partying lifestyle more common with Hollywood stars and starlets and their musical world cohorts, not the leaders or so called leaders who are nothing more than elected servants for you and I.

Not the other way around as Barry seems to have taking accustomed to awfully quickly for my tastes.

The stately East Room, where portraits of George and Martha Washington adorn the walls, was transformed into a concert hall as President Barack Obama presented Stevie Wonder with the nation's highest award for pop music on Wednesday.

A week before that, the foot-stomping sounds of Sweet Honey in the Rock, a female a cappella group, filled the East Room for a Black History Month program that first lady Michelle Obama held for nearly 200 sixth- and seventh-graders from around Washington."

Cocktails were sipped during at least three such receptions to date, all held on Wednesdays.

Bookending the midweek activity were a Super Bowl party for select Democratic and Republican lawmakers and a dinner for governors, the new administration's first black-tie affair. It was capped with a performance by the 1970s pop group Earth, Wind and Fire, and a conga line.

The flurry of entertaining is in keeping with the Obamas' promise to make the White House a more open place for everyone.

The governors' dinner was "a great kickoff of what we hope will be an atmosphere here in the White House that is welcoming and that reminds everybody that this is the people's house," Obama told the state chief executives after they had dined on Maryland crab, Wagyu beef, Nantucket scallops and citrus salad.

"We are just temporary occupants. This is a place that belongs to the American people and we want to make sure that everybody understands it's open," he said.

At the dinner in the State Dining Room, the Obamas looked comfortable, chatting and smiling with their guests. "People like me felt comfortable in his presence," said Rep. Mike Honda, D-Calif., a self-described "poor country boy" who said he felt like a "freshman going to the senior prom" when he attended a White House reception for leaders of the congressional caucuses.

"Sometimes when you're in the presence of the most powerful person in the world, in the most powerful democracy in the world ... I was in awe that I was comfortable," said Honda, chairman of the Asian Pacific American Caucus. "I think that's his style and how he grew up, who he is.

Rep. Trent Franks, R-Ariz., was among those invited for the Super Bowl. He said Obama, an avid sports fan, joined his guests for most of the game between the Arizona Cardinals and Pittsburgh Steelers.

"It wasn't a circumstance where he came in and said 'Hi' and then left," Franks said. "He actually stayed and watched the game."

Sen. Amy Klobuchar, D-Minn, said Obama was very cordial, and he and the first lady made guests feel comfortable. The president talked to everyone before the game started, she said, including a 12-year-old boy who asked Obama where the bathroom was.

"My favorite part was when he personally served us cookies - oatmeal raisin - when we were watching the game," she said.

The gathering over hot dogs and hamburgers was one of several get-to-know-the-members-of Congress events Obama held as he lobbied lawmakers to support the nearly $800 billion tax-and-spend economic package he recently signed into law. His efforts produced no Republican votes in the House and just three in the Senate, but Franks said he still appreciated the Democratic president's efforts to reach out to the opposing party.

"I think the value of social interaction like this is not so much that it co-opts anyone in any way. It certainly didn't in my case," said Franks, who said he had a substantive conversation with Obama at the party, "I think it humanizes and personalizes opponents. We can diminish politics and try to work together for what's right for the country."

Obama played the role of "first fan" at the Wonder tribute, where he opened up about his and his wife's common enjoyment of Wonder's music.

"As Stevie knows, I'm a huge fan. And he has been a great supporter," Obama said before presenting the award-winning, singer-songwriter with the Gershwin Prize for Popular Song from the Library of Congress.

He said Wonder's songs "became the soundtrack of my youth" and that in them he "found peace and inspiration, especially in difficult times."

Obama presented the medal to Wonder, then wrapped the singer in a bear hug. As the media were led out of the room, Wonder struck up "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours," which was a staple of Obama's campaign rallies.

Obama better come to the conclusion that these suits will not go away and you can rest assured challenges are being drafted as I type and you read to the Stimulus plan being illegal due to Obama's likely ineligibility that he refuses to address.

What are you hiding Barry? The statement was publicized by California attorney Orly Taitz who, along with her Defend Our Freedom Foundation, is working on a series of legal cases seeking to uncover Obama's birth records and other documents that would reveal whether he meets the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.

"As an active-duty officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of president of the United States," wrote Scott Easterling in a "to-whom-it-may-concern" letter

Obama "has absolutely refused to provide to the American public his original birth certificate, as well as other documents which may prove or disprove his eligibility," Easterling wrote. "In fact, he has fought every attempt made by concerned citizens in their effort to force him to do so."

Taitz told WND she had advised Easterling to obtain legal counsel before making any statements regarding the commander-in-chief, but he insisted on moving forward. His contention is that as an active member of the U.S. military, he is required to follow orders from a sitting president, and he needs – on pain of court-martial – to know that Obama is eligible.

Taitz said other legal cases questioning Obama's eligibility filed by members of the military mostly have included retired officers, and courts several times have ruled they don't have standing to issue their challenge.

Easterling, however, is subject to enemy fire and certainly would have a reason to need to know the legitimacy of his orders, she argued.

"Until Mr. Obama releases a 'vault copy' of his original birth certificate for public review, I will consider him neither my Commander in Chief nor my President, but rather, a usurper to the Office – an impostor," his statement said.

Easterling said he joined the Army at age 40 after working in Iraq as a contractor.

"I chose to work … to support my troops and then left that lucrative position when the Army raised its maximum enlistment age to 40. Upon completion of basic training, I entered Officer Candidate School and commissioned as a 2LT in August 2007. After completing the subsequent basic officer leadership
courses, I was assigned to Ft. Knox and shortly thereafter deployed to Balad, Iraq," he wrote.

"I implore all service-members and citizens to contact their senators and representatives and demand that they require Mr. Obama prove his eligibility. Our Constitution and our great nation must not be allowed to be disgraced," he wrote.

Taitz said Easterling is among the plaintiffs she is assembling for a new legal action over Obama's eligibility. Others include a list of state lawmakers who also would be required in their official position to follow orders of the president.

"My conviction is such that I am compelled to join Dr. Orly Taitz's lawsuit, as a plaintiff, against Mr. Obama. As a citizen, it pains me to do this, but as an officer, my sworn oath to support and defend our Constitution requires this action," he said.

Easterling was "saluted" in a forum on Taitz' website.

"Lt. Easterling, As a retired US Army SFC, I salute you sir as a true American patriot and hero! Thank you for your unselfish service to our country. It is rare to find someone today with such moral courage to do the right thing regardless of repercussions," said one contributor.

Said another, "For your voluntary service to our country, we owe you a debt we can never pay."

As WND reported yesterday, U.S. Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., said during a meeting with constituents in Cullman County he has never seen proof the new president was born in Hawaii.

"Well, his father was Kenyan and they said he was born in Hawaii, but I haven't seen any birth certificate," Shelby said. "You have to be born in America to be president."

Shelby's office later stated the senator is confident of Obama's vetting process, although it did not elaborate.

WND has reported on multiple legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Thank goodness for that as this ostentatious display of self grandiosity that egomaniac Obama seems so addicted to at every event he plans and attends, like the crack cocaine he liked to smoke when the money was available back in the day a week ago was and is still going to bankrupt the city of DC anyways. A city which needs all the money it can get just to run it's jails, legal system and first responder services, certainly not for self congratulatory inaugural parties more expensive than the Usurper of "Change"deserves nor should want spent in his name at a time when the country is broke and he wants to take us all down the road to complete bankruptcy.

Starting his term by borrowing a cool trill note from the Chinese to put a nation of Unionized construction workers back to work rebuilding roads that get rebuilt every other year to begin with and to finish cleaning up the financial Katrina his democratic cohorts in Congress caused int he first place by requiring the banking system to eat millions of mortgages for people who couldn't and wouldn;t be able to pay the notes on the mortgages which cause the rest of the dominoes underneath to fall down/.
