Surgical tool left in Czech woman | (So It's American Healthcare Which Sucks?)

Don't see this happening too often, in this country at least, although is has and does, meanwhile in a Czech hospital they take out a minuscule growth you can't see without a microscope and leave behind an instrument the size of Wilt Chamberlain's foot inside her abdomen.  Click the pic for the video.
