Foreclosures hit record high in 2009 - (Hope and Change Alert)

Jan. 14, 2010: "NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Almost 3 million homeowners received at least one foreclosure filing during 2009, setting a new record for the number of people falling behind on their mortgage payments.

RealtyTrac, the online marketer of foreclosed homes, reported that one in 45 households -- or 2,824,674 properties nationwide -- were in default last year. That's 21% more than in 2008, and more than double 2007's total." continued
Welcome to the age of Obama as they destroy the system to replace the system. Hopefully you're not in one of these states at the moment as the Obama administration stays in deep denial their programs "ain't cuttin' it", which only lends credibility to the Glenn Beck charge that "they can't be this stupid so they must be doing it on purpose utilizing 'Cloward Piven stategies'" which I happen to subscribe to as well, now that he proves it daily on his shows.

They know what they're doing, it's their followers who either don't get it,  or simply "want to be owned by the government" because they can't cut it out there on their own, which is admittedly harder to do in this global economy, but America's never been on the bottom before, so lets not start being losers now.

Otherwise, if they are indeed this economically stupid, it took "Jimmah" Carter 4 whole years to suck this much. Damn.
