This is interesting and a book by author Scott Wheeler called "Shadow Government, what the Obama Government Doesn't Want You To Know", which I'm likely gonna order after seeing and hearing this guy talk this morning.
The Czar count has kind of stagnated at 35 with only nine confirmed by the senate now, mostly since conservative blogs along with Fox news's Glenn Beck doing the leg work have been exposing the socialists like Van Jones and this Mao worshiper Anita Dunn that are being quietly stacked in the Obama White House with essentially no oversight but from he and henchman Rahm Emmanuel ..
GOD help us, how did we get here?
