I'm sure there's a lot of lawyers and defendants in prison who wish they knew of this distinction she speaks of, statutory rape counts last time I checked the laws of the land.
Rape is Rape.... and sex with a thirteen year old of any kind with any adult of any kind whatsoever is rape, Whoopi. Only not in liberal Hollywood or some southern states still ...maybe? (check here if you wish)
She was drugged and raped by what was supposed to be an adult male..or "RAPE RAPE" in my book.
He then disingenuously pleaded down the case and bolted the country the night before his sentencing for crying out loud after serving 42 piddly days, which would have been RAPE - RAPE = LOTSA PRISON TIME had he showed up and not run to the land yellow-bellies were invented, (France of course)... coward.
Lets not even mention his connection to the Manson Murders and marriage to murdered Sharon Tate...(.he probably ran like a coward there too but who knows the truth but him?)
