The long talked about and reported about "Ledge Overhang' at the Chicago Sears Tower is finally opening Thursday and for those of us who live here in Chicago who wish to be among the first in the nation to experience what it feels like to stand on the ledge of the nation's tallest building without actually jumping will be charged a nominal $14.95 fee in order to do so
