"Passer-by pushes suicide jumper" Chinese Man A Little Tired Of Publicity Seeker Helps out

That's according to his account as indicated in this stranger than strange story out of Beijing as a man walking by a suicide jumper standing on a ledge looking for sympathy I guess sure didn't get any from this dude who simply walked by, shook the guy's hand and pushed him off the ledge of the bridge. How funny is that?

Excuse me for laughing but you know what? I think that's pretty darn funny myself considering the guy survived maybe this guy inadvertently saved his life while trying to give him the helping hand ending it. However the "victim only fell 26 feet onto an air cushion already set up to catch the guy.

In case any of you are interested, my feelings on suicide are basically this; anyone who wants to end their life should just go right ahead and do so, that leaves more room for those out here who are thankful to be alive, Just please do make sure you don't take any innocent people with you on your way out and don't leave a mess for others to clean up after you, use pills is all I ask.
Passer-by pushes suicide jumper

China- msnbc.com:"BEIJING - Chen Fuchao, a man heavily in debt, had been contemplating suicide on a bridge in southern China for hours when a passer-by came up, shook his hand — and pushed him off the ledge.

Chen fell 26 feet (8 meters) onto a partially inflated emergency air cushion laid out by authorities and survived, suffering spine and elbow injuries, the official Xinhua News Agency said Saturday.

The passer-by, 66-year-old Lai Jiansheng, had been fed up with what he called Chen's 'selfish activity,' Xinhua said. Traffic around the Haizhu bridge in the city of Guangzhou had been backed up for five hours and police had cordoned off the area.""I pushed him off because jumpers like Chen are very selfish. Their action violates a lot of public interest," Lai was quoted as saying by Xinhua. "They do not really dare to kill themselves. Instead, they just want to raise the relevant government authorities' attention to their appeals."

Xinhua said Lai was "taken away by police" but did not elaborate.

A police officer who answered the telephone Saturday at a station close to the bridge confirmed the incident and said it was under investigation. He refused to give any other details and hung up.

According to Xinhua, Chen wanted to kill himself because he had accrued 2 million yuan ($290,000) in debt from a failed construction project.

On Thursday, he made his way to the Haizhu bridge, where 11 other people have tried to take their lives since April continued

As if that wasn't enough news comes from Seoul South Korea that the former leader has committed suicide over a recent financial scandal in that country, would it be too much to ask that our honor-less and selfishly scum filled bodies of lawmakers do the same over their criminal involvement in hijacking Middle Class America's wealth over the past 6 months?

This is the Korean bluff of which the leader and former President Roh Moo-hyun,lept to his death quiet and personal suicide with honor as far as their culture defines it, again something many of our own governmental and business leaders would be well advised to do themselves, perhaps starting with Nancy Pelosi and Barney Frank for starters?

- Ex-SKorean leader Roh leaps to death over scandal:

My Way News "SEOUL, South Korea (AP) - Former President Roh Moo-hyun, embroiled in a penetrating corruption investigation, leaped to his death Saturday - a shocking end for a man whose rags-to-riches rise took him from rural poverty to Seoul's presidential Blue House. He was 62.

Roh, a self-taught lawyer who never attended college and didn't have the elite background typical of Seoul politicians, had prided himself on being a 'clean' leader immune to South Korea's traditional web of corruption.

Allegations that Roh, president from 2003-08, accepted $6 million in bribes from a businessman while in office weighed heavily on the ex-leader, who appeared emotionally wrought last month as he prepared to face prosecutors." continued
