Couple With 16 Kids Killed During Home Invasion

WKRG.com: "Beulah, FL - Deputies are searching for three men they believe shot and killed a well known couple during a home invasion/robbery in Escambia County, Florida.

The Sheriff's Office says the murders took place just before eight Thursday night at a home on Mobile Highway in the Beulah Community. That's right at the Alabama/Florida state line.

Neighbors tell News 5 that Byrd and Melanie Billings were shot in their own home. The couple had 16 children, most of them adopted. Investigators say some of the children were home at the time of the shooting.

Deputies are looking for a red full size van and three white males. The house did have a security surveillance system. They are hoping to pull images of the suspects and their van off the video.
